  • Flexible 4-hour shifts, Monday to Friday – choose your hours anytime between 5 am and 10 pm.
  • Blend of office and warehouse work – start with payroll for 119 permanent team members, then help on the warehouse floor.
  • Opportunity to continue with the brand when they move to Moorebank in 2027.

About You:
  • Experience in payroll (preferably within an EBA framework).
  • Strong admin skills, including Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Confident, quick learner, and able to work independently.
  • Happy to work on the warehouse floor and wear PPE
  • Ideally located between Erskine Park and Moorebank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalising payroll on time for the team
  • Reconciling casual hours and assisting with new casual staff setup.
  • Monitoring team training via the online system.
  • Conducting safety audits on the warehouse floor and reporting using a tablet.
  • Warehouse duties as required- packing, safety observations
